In a cold and dull day with wet and gloomy weather, I strolled around the outlandish but evocative city, known as the happiest place to live in the UK, of Brighton. The retro vibe I got from sauntering around the quirky shops and houses and from looking at the people dressed in vintage, unconventional outfits reminisced 'swinging sixties' Britain.

Brighton is also quite iconic for the music and art scene. Wherever you walk in the city, and even in the outskirts, the walls are
covered in amazing street art:
To fit in the quirky and retro style of this vivid city, I purchased this cute checkered midi skirt from Beyond Retro (my current favourite clothing shop) which I'm absolutely in love with!
