My name is Nicole Isabel Abriam and I like to write. Here, I like to document and share my op-eds and personal essays, pieces on arts and culture, my occasional flurries of poetic inspirations and literature, and through my series Rising Flower, Gen-Z in NYC, and Nicole's Food Cravings, my self-care journey, life as a New Yorker, and food! 

I have a B.A. in Journalism + Design with a minor in Communication Design from The New School and have published in collegiate publications like Her Campus and The New School Free Press. Browse my portfolio should you be curious to read more. 

Other than being a writer, I am a nomadic dweller and have lived in the Philippines, a suburban town outside south London, Orlando, and now New York City. Through my writing, I like to share my perspectives, my experiences, funny anecdotes worth sharing, and my journey in navigating life as a twenty-something.
